Due to the fact that some users on your future CRM do not have “assigned to the other modules/items” option, the service could not migrate the data that are assigned to these users.
E.g., you are going to migrate and assign some data to the user Peter on your future CRM, but Peter does not have permission to have others items assigned to him and the relationships between them. So, in this way, all the data that were assigned to Peter won't be migrated.
